Hey Reader,
Zach here,
Our current “Inspiring Moments” 3D Animation Challenge is running for about two more weeks (learn more about it here).
You now might be at the stage where you animate your characters, which can be quite time-consuming.
This is why we share our new Blender tutorial, which teaches a great way to animate your characters quickly with free motion capture data.
In this video, Jim Morren (our new instructor at CG Boost), shares how you can download free motion capture data, and transfer it to your own custom rigged 3D character.
But Jim doesn't stop there, he also shows how to adjust the imported animations, and how to blend different animations together, so you can customize them to your own needs.
This is Jim's first video at CG Boost, show him some love, if you find his video helpful. ❤️
Enjoy!
~Zach

Then Masha who has been on our team since the very beginning of CG Boost said: The reason I create art is to give life to my imagination.
